Think of Mature as having sexual but avoidable content, whereas NC-17 is focused on the mature themes only. The cute panda things are from Amber M. Anthrocon - One of the biggest furry cons around, maybe the biggest. I attend yearly. G rating, though children generally should be accompied by adults to the con itself. Much craziness can ensue there.
Midwest FurFest - Another big furry con. Smaller than anthrocon though, and with that homegrown feel. Like eating grandma's backyard corn, not that I've ever done that. G rating for con only information. I attend this one ever year.
These
sites contain potentially mind warping material.
Furbid - A furry auction site. Free, better than Ebay, and attuned to the needs of the furry community at large. Sectioned divided clearly into adult and minors sections, so it earns a PG rating.
Associated Student Body - A comic book about being gay in a straight world. Content of the comic itself is definately only for the adults, but the website is readily accessable to the youth, minding the fact that all the products are not explicitly sexual. Lots of things, other than the comic, such as T-shirts and calenders are available.
Furnation - Aww man, someday this website will actually be up. Many personal webpages are hosted here, or they were. Hopefully soon Furnation will be back online and people will have their small section of furry hosting back.
Furry East Counter-Strike - I believe, the last, furry Counter-strike server. I play here often under the name of Jewel, check me out, I'd be happy to shoot you in he head a few times ^_^
These
sites are definately for the mature.
Trickster's Den - Trickster is my RL girlfriend. Isn't she cute? Site contains lots of art and otherwise interesting stuff. Definately earns the mature rating, though a observant navigator could get around without too much trouble. Oh ya, she researched and wrote Primal, a furry language. Drop your Klingon and get to learning how to speak Primal.
Nightfox Arts - A friend's site. ^_^ Apparently putting the prick back into prickvixen. Furry drawings of all sorts, put it into the mature section due to some seriously sexual content on some of the drawings. Also where I first saw the censorship pandas.
VCL - I could swear at some point this stood for Vixen Controlled Library. Maybe I was wrong, but besides that VCL houses probably the largest general collection of furry drawings. They also host stories. VCL does not censor any work, and there are plenty of naughty pictures on this site to get minors into trouble, thus the MA rating.

Linux Kitty.COM - Mew! It's Linux Kitty's blog, but the URL was stolen, so now she is on HellNaw.org.. It's an online journal sort of site. See pictures, journal entries, and other things.
Yiffstar.COM - Another erotic furry story archive. While I hesistate to link to something that might take traffic away from FurrySmut.COM, the whole point of this website is to serve the public, and I can't do that approiately without presenting them with all the choices.
