Here are the current indexing topic choices and an explanation for each one as they pertain to the database. Every story is searchable by these different topics. Anal- Somewhere in the story someone has anal sex. This could be anything
from fisting, to fingering, or even just plain old cock in your ass sex. Sometimes
a story briefly mentions anal contact, and that would not be enough to be tagged
with this.
Bestiality- The introduction of nonmorphic animals into the sexual arena.
Somewhere in this book, sexual contact happens with a nonmorphic animal. Nonmorphic
is defined as not possessing the powers of speech or more than basic consciousness.
What is and is not bestiality is a heavily debated topic within the furry fandom
and it becomes difficult to properly assign this keyword, so the definition
of what is or is not bestiality may seem to change from story to story.
Blood- The sexual scenes within the story contain heavy amounts of blood.
Not minor scratching, biting, or other types of harsh sex, but real and painful
additions to the art of making love. This tag does -not- go on a story with
blood and death in the plot unless the story is yiffless, I am only reviewing
the sex scenes.
Body Modification- Somewhere, in a mostly sexual manner, in the story
a participant has their body modified. This could be anything ranging from piercing,
to amputation, to ritual scarring, to tattooing. A story that has a scene that
contains a heavy modification of the participant's body in some way. This keyword
does not cover transformation, that is a different keyword entirely.
Bondage- The act of restraining another person, through whatever means,
usually cuffs, collars, latex suits, leather restrains, or other devices, that
is intended to be part of a sexual scene. Usually bondage enhances the sexual
aspect of the story itself rendering someone helpless so that a dominate participant
in the story can easily take advantage of them.
Cub- Much like the Teen keyword, this keyword refers specifically to
the age of one of the fictitious participants in a story. This keyword should
generally cover anyone under their teens, from about 1-10 years of age. Only
stories with fictitious participants defined as "cubs" that are part
of a sexual scene will merit this tag.
Cross Dressing- Very simply this is the act of wearing an opposite's
genders clothing to increase sexual pleasure. A good example would be a male
dressing up as a female so that he could pretend to be a different sex for some
sort of sexual roleplay within a story. This keyword does not apply to hermaphrodites.
D/s- Dominance and submission. This keyword applies to a story that has
a dominate character and a submissive one that end up in a scene together where
the dominate character (otherwise know as the dom) exerts control, force, or
some other authority over the submissive to increase sexual pleasure. Generally
D/s relationships are held between two people that consent inside of a story,
though they exchange power for a time, either one can end the session with a
"safe word". D/s may sometimes apply to a nonconsensual situation
when it becomes apparent that the rapist whishes to have more than just the
sex, and actually demonstrates their actions that they are intent on dominating
the victim.
Exhibitionism- Any story in which a sexual act occurs in a place where
either there are onlookers to the sexual event, or there is a good chance for
onlookers to the sexual event, or the sexual event takes place in a public,
yet mostly hidden, area such as a public bathroom stall.
F- Female. This keyword describes who is having a sexual experience in
the story. A story with the keyword F (female) most likely means that there
is a female masturbating somewhere in the story. This could also indicate that
a hermaphrodite is masturbating their female sex. Sometimes this tag is used
in yiffless stories to indicate who the story revolves around.
F/F- Female/Female. This tag explicitly means that two characters that
are both female, have sex in some fashion. A story listed with F/F and a hermaphrodite
tag should assume that sexual contact happens between the two mainly at their
respective female sexual organs, and mostly bypasses whatever male organs may
be there.
Food Use- This is a story that uses food as a sexual device. Something
like a story containing characters that use a banana, cucumber, or other foodstuffs
as a makeshift dildo is a common application for this keyword. This keyword
should not be confused with "weight gain" which refers specifically
to gaining body weight for sexual pleasure.
Foot Fetish- This is a story that contains a sexual scene that involves
a concentrated stint revolving around the foot area. Usually this includes licking,
nibbling, chewing, or otherwise teasing the sexual partner's foot to increase
sexual pleasure.
Hermaphrodite- This tag indicates that one of the participants is a hermaphrodite.
A hermaphrodite has both sexes, male and female, and may or may not, have testicles.
A story with hermaphrodite that contains sexual content, will almost always
have a tag like M/M or M/F which will explain how the hermaphrodites have sex
with the other participants of the story. A story with M/M and the hermaphrodite
tag means that at least one of the participants is a hermaphrodite and possibly
that the other is a male, and they have sexual intercourse as two males normally
would.
Incest- Incest is the sexual relation between blood relatives. This is
normally between either sister, brother, mother, father, aunt, or cousin, anything
farther out on the family tree than that does not warrant a incest tagging.
Inflatable- This story contains furry characters which are inflatable.
Inflatable is generally looked upon as balloons shaped like a normal morphic
furry would be sometimes with or without specific body parts like the anus,
penis, testicles, or throat.
Lactating- This story contains a fur, morphic or non, that lactates,
that is, gives off milk from the nipples, or in some cases, even an utter. This
must be in a sexual context, so milking a cow in the middle of a story would
not merit a lactating tag.
M- Male. Very similar to F but with a male character.
M/F- Male/Female. Very similar to F/F but with a male and female character.
M/M- Male/Male. Very similar to F/F but with two male characters.
Macro- Somewhere in this story a macro character is involved in a sexual
activity. Sometimes stomping on people is considered very sexual for a macro,
stories such as those will also merit the snuff tag. Macro is defined as a character
who is morphic, or non, that overwhelming exceeds normal growth. Think of Godzilla
as a macro lizard character.
Masturbation- Masturbation is the act of pleasuring one's self without
the aid of another, generally with one's hand. Sometimes it is done in front
of others to give them sexual pleasure. This tag also goes hand in hand with
either the M, or F, tag as those designate who is masturbating in the story.
Also, in rare occasions, when there is no M or F tag, but something like a M/M
tag, then someone in the story is masturbating someone else. For example between
males, this is referred to as a "hand job."
Nonconsensual- Someone in the story takes sexual pleasure in fucking
someone else who does not wish to have sex. Stories that have nonconsensual
scenes that quickly, and almost immediately, turn into consensual scenes, do
not merit this tag.
Oral- Any oral sex in a story will merit this tag. Oral sex is defined
as genitalia coming in contact with the muzzle, mouth, or speaking orifice of
a creature in a sexual manner.
Orgy- A story with four or more participants in a particular sexual scene
is designated with the orgy tag.
Rimming- Rimming is the act of sexual contact, via an oral organ, with
another participant's anus/tailhole. Rimming itself does not imply scat unless
scat is specifically added as a keyword.
Scat- Scat is the sexual involvement with another being's excrement in
the story for a sexual reason. Often it involves eating, licking, or rubbing
in the feces. Nonsexual defecation will not merit the scat tag.
Size Queen- Size queen is defined by the organs of the participant. If
a participant in a story has sexual organs that are proportionally far beyond
what even a large speciemen of that race would have, then this story merits
the size queen tag. A macro character does not automatically merit a size queen
tag, for though a macro may have a huge genitalia for its species, the genitalia
is usually in proportion to the size of the macro character.
Snuff- Any story in which one participant kills another for sexual pleasure,
during the course of sexual play, or for sexual enhancement.
Strip Tease- A story in which one participant slowly removes clothing
in an erotic manner to arouse another participant. The strip tease must be a
substantial part a scene within the story for the story to merit a strip tease
tag.
Teen- This tag indicates that someone in the story is sexually active
and whose age is somewhere the teens. From about 13-17 years old this tag would
properly describe a fictitious underage participant. It must be mentioned, or
heavily, implied within the story for this tag to be generated. A casual reader
should be able to pick up the story and come to the same conclusion of age that
I did.
Torture- The act of purposefully hurting another participant, with or
without their consent, for sexual pleasure. This tag does not necessarily imply
blood, snuff, or N/C, unless they are added as tags.
Toys- The story contains devices used in a sexual way such as dildos.
Generally Toys and Bondage will be seen together. A strapon can also merit the
toys classification.
Transformation- Somewhere in the story a character transforms, or is
transformed, and some sort of sexual pleasure is gained that. A story with transformation
that has nothing to do with a sexual scene, or that is added to the very end
and never modifies how a reader would perceive the story, does not merit the
transformation tag.
Virgin- Someone in the story is a virgin. A virgin can be either without
complete sexual experience, or a virgin to the type of sex they are about to
experience. Generally the latter of the two only merits the virgin tag if it
is clearly stated and is used as a sexual component to the story.
Vore- Voreaphalia. This is the act of eating another participant of the
story with or without sexual pleasure from the act of eat itself. Generally
sex is had during the consumption, or before. Voreaphalia also covers cannibalism,
cooking, and other ways to prepare live same level sentience food. Voreaphalia
can also mean eating a nonmorphic if presented in a manner that is specifically
intended is sexually arouse the reader.
Voyeurism- The act of watching a sexual act and gaining sexual pleasure
from that. A story may contain a "peeping tom" or someone who is allowed
to watch, but only if the watcher is engaged in the details of the story as
being sexually aroused by the events.
Watersports- Watersports are defined as any sexual contact with urine,
either from a male or a female. Generally watersports involving bathing in urine
from another fur, drinking urine, or other exposures to urine. Nonsexual urination,
such as a character pissing in a stall, does not merit the watersports tag.
Weight Gain- Weight gain is the specific feeding of another participant
in the story to make them fatter for sexual purposes. Sometimes Voreaphalia
goes hand in hand with weight gain, as furs that eat each other become swollen
with their overly large feasts.
Yiffless- Why yiffless on a site like this? Yiffless means no sex. In
that regard it is used to mark works of authors who have contributed a good
deal in literature to the website, and wish to have their stories that are not
paticularly sexual hosted as well. This helps an author to post an entire series,
even if ever part of the series does not have a sexual scene in it. A story
with a sexual tag like watersports, and yiffless, does contain watersports,
but not necessarily sexual arousal or orgasm of the participants in the story.
